Our pop-up flexible workspace solutions convert any open lobby space or any existing pre-constructed space into a revenue generating tech enabled workspace in a very short time and capital.

We are setting up multiple shared flexible workspaces across the SF bay area and launching our enterprise and consumer centric subscription plans and prepaid plans for work from home employees, students in the neighborhoods and business visitors.

ZenSpace at Westfield Valley Fair mall in Santa Clara, CA

We are seeking for a dynamic sales & marketing executive or intern who can help us build our revenue pipeline by performing the following tasks:

​

• Visit local businesses/stores in shopping malls for educating about ZenSpace, conducting surveys and potentially selling our pre-paid credit vouchers/gift cards offered at a discount

• Collate data from surveys, customer pitches and share conclusive actionable results allowing us to make progressive business decisions

• Create and maintain a lead list in our CRM system and conduct regular email outreaches and email campaigns about our latest offers

• Post regular updates on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Clubhouse) about our locations, collecting feedback from users, video testimonials

• Extend outreach to local neighborhood residents and businesses within 3-5 mile radius of our key locations at Westfield Valley Fair mall, Westfield Oakridge Mall and in future other upcoming locations

• Work as our brand ambassador to help us establish ZenSpace as the go to place for conducting business

Qualifications required:

​

• High school or equivalent

• Current students pursuing classes are welcome to apply

• You should be savvy with social apps like Facebook, Instagram etc

• Creative and persuasive writing skills is a good to have

• Experience with marketing tools like Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Wix, Salesforce are a plus

• Have at least some demonstrable sales & marketing experiences. Did you successfully sell cookies for boy scouts? If yes, your experience is counted

• Should be comfortable visiting stores & business in the malls we operate (with your mask on)

• Positive, persuasive and confident attitude

• Holding a driver’s license and own car is a plus

What you should expect from ZenSpace:

​

• Minimum 3 months contract with option to convert into a full time role after 90 days

• Right candidate will receive a fixed compensation of up to $2,000 per month

• You will be eligible incentives on sales ranging between 10% - 20% of revenue generated through sales

• Training from our team on our products and services offered, tools and technologies we

• use, market segmentation and outreach guidance

• Certificate of experience from a growing startup
